We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm PST will be processed the next day.

Standard shipping with the USA is via USPS First Class Package. Typical delivery is 3 days. 

You will receive a confirmation email for the order and may opt in to receive shipment updates via email or text message.

We sincerely want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of purchase and we can arrange for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original jewelry pouch. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


REFUNDS (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 3-5 days before your refund is officially posted. Please check with your bank to see if they have any pending transactions.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 




We take enormous pride in the quality of work. If for some reason, one of our products needs repair, just let us know. Repair within 6 months of purchase is free. After 6 months, is subject to a repair fee based on what needs to be done and on the availability of the components.
