We take enormous pride in the quality of work. If for some reason, one of our products needs repair, just let us know. Repair within 6 months of purchase is free.
After 6 months, repair is subject to a repair fee based on what needs to be done and on the availability of the components.
If you lose an earring and don't know what to know what to do with your single, send it back to us for recycling and a credit towards a new pair. Just send an email to Closetheloop@astorandorion.com
We sincerely want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of purchase and we can arrange for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original jewelry pouch. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received after 3pm PST will be processed the next working day.
Within the United States: Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Package. Delivery time is 3-5 days.
Within Canada: We offer a special flat rate option via USPS International First Class Package. Delivery time is 6-8 days but in our experience, occasionally a package will be held for extra processing by Canadian Customs. We have no control over how long Canadian Customs holds the package but so far we have had 100% successful deliveries within 21 days. If you need faster delivery, just reach out and we can offer a calculated rate via DHL or FedEx.
International Orders: At checkout you can choose between a number of delivery options. We will create the customs form for delivery but the final taxes will be calculated by your country's customs department. The customs department will notify you of any charges before delivery. If you have any questions, just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you select the best service for your order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
