At Astor & Orion, every design begins as an act of artistry. In our Seattle studio, we sculpt each piece digitally, testing and refining until form and function are perfectly aligned. From clasps to closures, we imagine and shape nearly all components in-house, each one born from the same creative vision, down to the smallest detail. This level of creativity gives our jewelry its distinct identity: designs that are original, intentional, and unmistakably our own—crafted with the kind of detail that mass production can never replicate.

This artistry is more than aesthetic. By working in a digital sculpting space, we prototype and perfect each design before production begins, eliminating waste and guesswork while achieving a level of precision that traditional sampling cannot. And because we design nearly every component, we work with one trusted partner who casts our pieces to our exact vision. Every detail is already considered, so nothing is left to interpretation—the designs themselves set the course from concept through completion.
